On Sat. June 2nd, I had Cameryn an early birthday party for her school friends. It was a flower themed party. We invited all of the girls in her class so no one would be left out (12 total + 1 from her class last year). Six of them came and we had lots of fun. The girls decorated t-shirts, made butterflies, played outside and inside, drew on the driveway, rode bikes, and had hotdogs, cupcakes, ice cream cones, fruit and veggie tray, chips and soda. (Whew!) A friend from church Annette Scheller came to help me, and Ben took the boys and went strawberry picking. Seven little girls - Cameryn, Bekah, Zoe, Maci, Shana, Rosie, and Kelsey - Lots of fun... Cameryn was a wonderful hostess, making sure to make everyone feel welcome and happy, and she was so good about thanking them for their presents and telling them how much she loved them (oh so dramatic). A good time was had by all.
